The IIC programming module can be integrated with the RD-8 equipment (including software integration) to combine the SI test station and IIC programming station into one workstation. This effectively improves the efficiency of cable assembly testing and programming, and reduces labor allocation for test stations.

Introduction to IIC Programming

2、The hardware device is powered and transmits data via USB interface. It is equipped with abundant ports and supports up to 8 IIC programming channels, compatible with programming for various cables such as QSFP28, QSFP+, QSFP-4SFP+, QSFP-2QSFP, SFP28, SFP+, and external MiniSAS HD cables. For SFP28 or SFP cables, it supports simultaneous programming of 4 pieces: complete testing for 4 SFP cables first, then program another batch of 4 SFP cables.

3、SI Test (whether to jump to the programming page depends on configuration settings) → EEPROM programming page pops up automatically → automatic programming → automatic verification → press Enter to confirm → return to SI test page.

1. Two configurable modes are available on the programming page:

• Automatically write EEPROM data only after the SI test passes;

• Automatically write EEPROM data regardless of the SI test result.
